For Continuing Clients
Continuing clients can book their own appointments via the online booking system (access via the 'Book an Appointment' button below or at the top of the screen). Please note that once appointments are booked, any failure to attend will incur a cancellation fee equal to the full session fee, unless the clinic is notified at least 24 hours prior to the planned session start.
Booking an Initial Appointment
If you'd like to make a booking for an initial appointment at Painted Porch Psychology, please get in touch and we will add you to the waitlist. For an initial consult, please send an enquiry via the form below or direct to admin@paintedporchpsychology.com.au. Please note emails are monitored Monday-Friday. We will endeavour to respond to email enquiries within 24 hours on business days. The clinic phone number operates Thurs/Fri each week (0434669338).
Once received, our psychologist will contact you for a quick chat (no charge) to ensure eligibility for the service, organise the first appointment and send a consent form to be completed. Please note the clinic reserves the right to refer on clients where treatment required could be more appropriately provided by other services.
